Delivery within 2 – 5 working days.

Hungary, Ireland, Liechtenstein, Portugal, United Kingdom – €12.95.

Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Iceland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Switzerland – €13.95.
Delivery within 3 – 7 working days.

We aim to process your order within 1 working day after receipt of payment. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as the order is dispatched. Have you placed your order on Friday after 15:00 or on Saturday or Sunday? Then the order will be shipped on Monday.

Exchanges or returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an e-mail to info@ava-bowls.com and state the reason for your return request. We will then give you instructions on how to return the product. Please note that returned products must be in original condition and returned in their original packaging. AVA bowls will refund the cost of the returned product, provided the above conditions are met, but is not responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Also when cancelling your order, AVA bowls will refund the cost of the returned product, but any shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
