Bowl Jag is known for its unique design. The bowl has a Mediterranean look and feel, giving it a warm appearance. The exterior of the bowl is made of terracotta (baked earthenware – ceramic). The inside has a changing speckled pattern which is fully glazed. This makes it extra comfortable for your pet to eat and drink from. It also makes the bowl easy to clean.
Please note: terracotta can be slightly more susceptible to scratching due to the softer clay used. As a result, the terracotta may also contain some slight traces of the baking process. After all, it is and remains a natural product.

- Handmade from ceramic. As a result, each bowl has a unique design and small imperfections are part of it.
- Fully waterproof and therefore suitable for water, dry and wet feed.
- Heat-resistant, so the bowls can be used in the microwave and dishwasher.
⦁ Please note: the bowls have silicone non-slip nubs. These may become loose due to the hot water of the dishwasher. We therefore recommend washing the bowls by hand. - For indoor and outdoor use.
- Please note that there is a risk of cracking in temperature changes (especially at temperatures below freezing).

We aim to process your order within 1 working day after receipt of payment. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as the order is dispatched. Have you placed your order on Friday after 15:00 or on Saturday or Sunday? Then the order will be shipped on Monday.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please send an e-mail to info@ava-bowls.com and state the reason for your return request. We will then give you instructions on how to return the product. Please note that returned products must be in original condition and returned in their original packaging. AVA bowls will refund the cost of the returned product, provided the above conditions are met, but is not responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Also when cancelling your order, AVA bowls will refund the cost of the returned product, but any shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
