Products and services

Our webshop offers various pet products. We strive to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that the colors and/or shapes may differ slightly from what is displayed on your screen.

Prices and payment

All prices on our website are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately and depend on the buyer’s location. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Payment can be made via iDEAL, Bancontact, Giropay, Sofort, SEPA, PayPal or with a gift voucher.

Shipping and delivery

We aim to process your order within 1 working day after receipt of payment. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as the order has been dispatched. AVA bowls is not responsible for any delays or losses during the shipping process. If you have made an error or mistake when providing details for shipping, you cannot derive any rights.

Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please e-mail info@ava-bowls.com and state the reason for your return request. We will then give you instructions on how to return the product. Please note that returned products must be in original condition and returned in their original packaging. AVA bowls will refund the cost of the returned product, provided the above conditions are met, but is not responsible for the cost of the return shipment. Also when cancelling your order, AVA bowls will refund the cost of the returned product, but any shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Warranty

We strive to provide high-quality products. However, if there is any damage or defect, please contact us at info@ava-bowls.com and we will do our best to solve the problem. Please note that we do not guarantee normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use of the product. Therefore, we do not guarantee chewing damage.

Force majeure

Unfortunately, it may happen that AVA bowls cannot fulfil its obligations due to force majeure. If that is the case, AVA bowls will notify you as soon as possible. The performance of the agreement by AVA bowls will in that case be suspended for as long as the force majeure lasts.

There is force majeure when AVA bowls cannot fulfil its obligations after the conclusion of the agreement due to a cause or situation beyond the fault or risk of AVA bowls. You can think of illness, but also things like fire, water damage, flooding, work strikes by delivery services, government measures, a pandemic or epidemic or, for example, riots. The enumeration from this article are examples to give you an idea, but there may be other situations that are not mentioned here but do fall under force majeure.

If the force majeure situation lasts longer than one month, both parties can dissolve the contract without judicial intervention.

If you have a complaint regarding the purchased product, the processing of the order or other activities carried out by AVA bowls, please make this known in writing by sending an e-mail to info@ava-bowls.com.

We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data to process your order and to contact you about your order. We will not share your details with third parties unless this is necessary for the fulfilment of the order (e.g. sharing your address with a shipping company for the delivery of the product). Liability

These general terms and conditions are governed by European law. In case of disputes, we will do our best to resolve them by mutual agreement. If this is not possible, the European courts are competent to settle any disputes.
